You may have seen our moooo-velous Back-to-School Grant opportunities on social media with the adorable mug of a cow. Well, she now has a name: Mootilda.

We asked our Facebook fans to suggest names, and we got more than 100 clever entries. It was a tough decision, but our judges picked Mootilda from Shannon Mason of Lupton, MI. She’ll win a life-size stand-up cow and a collection of cow-themed school supplies.

But as you can see in the image above, our fans had lots of fun.

Other office favorites included Cow Pi (that’s not a typo) and Milkshake.

There were also a few musical celebrities. Moodonna made the shortlist because of her Michigan ties, but we also saw Mooriah Dairy and Moochael Jackscow.

History and Disney fans will appreciate Moolan.

In addition to Cow Pi, other education-themed ideas included Cowmon Core and Mathe-Moo-Tics.

Unsurprisingly, there were several variations on Meemic and Mimi, as well as some classic names like Clarabelle and Daisy.

And to the person who suggested Norman, that just made us giggle.

Thanks to all the entrants! Be sure to go apply for one of Mootilda’s grants ($100 for school supplies from Quill.com or up to $500 for your classroom projects) at www.MeemicFoundation.org/BacktoSchool.
