Help Us Spread Kindness with the Latest Meemic Masterpieces Creativity Contest

Social media is filled with challenges, not always with the most positive goals, so The Meemic Foundation is issuing one of its own: the Kindness Challenge.

In the latest incarnation of our popular Meemic Masterpieces creativity contest, we’re challenging students to demonstrate the many ways they can and do show kindness.

How? By producing artwork or a short video to illustrate one of these kindness traits:
  • Be a Good Listener
  • Be Polite/Respectful to Others
  • Show Patience
  • Be Helpful/Caring
  • Be Forgiving
  • Be Courteous/Considerate of Other
  • Willing to Compromise
  • Be Giving/Generous
Up to 50 student winners will be selected. The winning creations will be featured on our website and in our online art gallery event scheduled for the third quarter of 2023. Sponsoring Foundation Club Members of winning entries will earn $500 for their school. Plus, each winning student artist will receive a Tech Package consisting of two tablets and wireless headphones.

Visit MeemicFoundation.org/Masterpieces for more information and complete rules.

Save the Date for a Round of Golf

If you’re not vacationing in Florida, the cold and snow probably have you yearning for the days you can be back on the golf course.

As you’re thinking about the greens, mark Aug. 1, 2023, on your calendar for the seventh annual Fore! Education Meemic Foundation Golf Club Outing. We’ll be back at the beautiful Indianwood Golf & Country Club in Lake Orion.

Whether you are a golfer or not, you can help us support Michigan educators. Sponsorship opportunities are open now, from individual holes to various specialty title sponsorships. Contact Foundation Director Pam Harlin at Pam.Harlin@Meemic.com for more information.

Ideas Needed for Featured Classroom Products

The Meemic Foundation is always looking for creative and meaningful ways to help the educational community. And who knows better what schools need than those of you who are with our students every day?

If you have any suggestions on what kind of products or services would be most helpful in your classroom that we can possibly feature in one of our monthly PopIn2Win grant rounds, we’d love to hear them. Feel free to drop a comment in the box below or send an email to TheClub@Meemic.com.
