NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN: The Promotion is only open to qualified educational institutions that have a physical presence and operate within the state of Michigan. Home schools are not eligible. Home schools are defined as a building that also serves as a private residence and or serves less than 50 students. Any institution that identifies as a preschool must be part of a public school district and/or must have accreditation from the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) to be eligible. Only Foundation Club Members are eligible to apply. The entry option to nominate yourself and your qualified educational institution is limited to Foundation Club Members who are currently employed in qualified educational institutions. Nominated Foundation Club Members, educators, administrators and school employees must be currently employed at an eligible education institution to be eligible. Only one entry per Foundation Club Member. Entries must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. EST on April 30, 2024. The Promotion is void where prohibited by law.
  
HOW TO ENTER: During the Promotion Period April 1, 2024, through April 30, 2024, complete the official application form on The Meemic Foundation website or send your name, complete home address, phone number, email address and the name of the qualified educational institution nominated by you to the following address: The Meemic Foundation, ATTN: April 2024 PopIn2Win Promotion, 1685 N. Opdyke Rd., Auburn Hills, MI 48326, and you will be entered.  You do not need to be a Member of Meemic Insurance Company or any AAA Club to enter. However, you must either reside in Michigan or be actively employed at a qualified educational institution, except residents of New York and Florida are not eligible to enter. All entries become the property of The Meemic Foundation and will not be returned or otherwise acknowledged. Limit one entry per person, regardless of method of entry.  Multiple entries by the same person will be disqualified. A purchase will not improve an individual’s chances of winning with such entry. Employees of The Meemic Foundation, Meemic Insurance Company, The Auto Club Group, their affiliates, their sales agents, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to enter. The Meemic Foundation (“Sponsor”) is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, mutilated or illegible entries, or entries not received by the promotion deadline.

RANDOM DRAWING, ODDS OF WINNING AND NOTIFICATION: There will be 300 winners selected. The winners will be randomly selected. Only one winner per school. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Status of entries made through the official application form on The Meemic Foundation website will be uploaded in Grant Application Status section of the Meemic Foundation website on May 7, 2024 (“announcement date”). Winners will be announced on The Meemic Foundation’s website at MeemicFoundation.org/PopInWinners on the announcement date. 

The random drawing will be for the book “The Energy Bus for Schools” by Jon Gordon and Dr. Jim Van Allan (“the prize”) given to each winner's school to enhance the classroom learning environment.
 
If the winner has nominated himself or herself to receive the prize, the prize will be provided to the school at which the winner is employed, as indicated in the winner’s Foundation Club profile. If the winner is no longer employed at the school indicated in his or her Foundation Club profile, the prize will be provided to the school indicated in the official application form. If the school is no longer in existence, or if the school does not respond to The Meemic Foundation’s inquiries regarding acceptance of the prize within 10 days of the announcement date, the prize will be automatically forfeited and a new winner will be selected by random drawing.
 
If the winner has nominated an educator or school to receive the prize, the prize will be provided to the school indicated in the winner’s nomination application. If the school is no longer in existence, or if the school does not respond to The Meemic Foundation’s inquiries regarding acceptance of the prize within 10 days of the announcement date, the prize will be automatically forfeited and a new winner will be selected by random drawing.
 
There will be 300 prizes awarded. Each prize is for the book "The Energy Bus for Schools" by Jon Gordon and Dr. Jim Van Allan. Winners will be notified via email or phone call within 30 business days from drawing date. The prize will be automatically forfeited if the winner does not confirm that he or she has won within thirty days after being notified via email or phone call. Winners will be required to sign a name and liability release. Winners may also be required to sign an acknowledgement of taxation/value of prize form. In the event of non-compliance with any applicable requirement, or if a winner cannot be contacted or is deemed ineligible, the prize will be automatically forfeited by the winner and a new winner will be selected.

Prize details and availability are subject to change. In the event a prize is unavailable, The Meemic Foundation reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value. Upon delivery of the prize, the winner will be deemed to have accepted the prize and such winner assumes full responsibility for the prize.

Entering the Promotion online, or by putting your entry form into the entry box, constitutes your permission for the Sponsor and its associated companies to maintain the data. Sponsor, its agents and employees assume no responsibility for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, damaged, postage due, or illegible entries; or for any computer, telephone, cable, satellite, network, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, garbled or jumbled transmissions, service provider/Internet/web site/use net accessibility or availability, traffic congestion or unauthorized human intervention. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed or like online entry methods will void all such entries affected by such methods. If, for any reason, the online portion of the Promotion is compromised by reason of tampering or technical failure, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, modify or suspend the online portion of the Promotion and select winners from all eligible mail-in and online entries received prior to and/or after (if any) the action taken by Sponsor.
