Mindfulness Videos for Students and Adults

Lake Orion Community Schools’ Mindfulness Instructor, Stephanie Harris, will be providing a community resource during the school closure period with thrice-weekly video sessions for adults and students. On Mondays, videos will be geared toward teens, Wednesdays for adults and Fridays for elementary students. Here’s one recent video, along with links to others.
