The Promotion is only open to qualified educational institutions that have a physical presence and operate within the states of Michigan, Wisconsin, Illinois or Georgia. Only Foundation Club Members are eligible to apply. The entry option to nominate yourself and your qualified educational institution is limited to Foundation Club Members who are currently employed in qualified educational institutions. Nominated Foundation Club Members, educators, administrators and school employees must be currently employed at an eligible education institution to be eligible. Only one entry per Foundation Club Member. Entries must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. EST on March 31, 2019. The Promotion is void where prohibited by law.
HOW TO ENTER:
During the Promotion Period from March 1, 2019, through March 31, 2019, complete the official application form on The Meemic Foundation website or send your name, complete home address, phone number, email address and the name of the qualified educational institution nominated by you to the following address: The Meemic Foundation, ATTN: March 2019 PopIn2Win Promotion, 1685 N. Opdyke Rd., Auburn Hills, MI 48326, and you will be entered. You do not need to be a Member of Meemic Insurance Company to enter. However, you must either reside in one of the above listed states or be actively employed at a qualified educational institution except residents of New York and Florida are not eligible to enter. All entries become the property of The Meemic Foundation and will not be returned or otherwise acknowledged. Limit one entry per person, regardless of method of entry. A purchase will not improve an individual’s chances of winning with such entry. Employees of The Meemic Foundation and Meemic Insurance Company, their affiliates, their sales agents, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to enter. All entries become the property of The Meemic Foundation and will not be returned or otherwise acknowledged. Not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, mutilated or illegible entries, or entries not received by the promotion deadline.
RANDOM DRAWING, ODDS OF WINNING AND NOTIFICATION:
There will be 50 winners selected. Entries will be divided by state. Within each of these states, the winners will be randomly selected in total based on the ratio of entries received in the in each state to total overall entries. Only one winner per school. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries. Winners will be announced on Meemic’s Facebook page and The Meemic Foundation’s website at MeemicFoundation.org/PopInWinners on April 5, 2019.
•The random drawing will be for one littleBits® STEAM Student Set, approximate value not to exceed $300, given to each winner's school to enhance classroom learning. Prize will be provided to each winner's school for this expressed purpose.
There will 50 prizes awarded. Each prizes consists of one littleBits STEAM Student Set per winner. Winners will be notified via email or phone call within 30 business days from drawing date. The prize will be automatically forfeited if the winner does not confirm that they have won within thirty days after being notified via email or phone call. Winners will be required to sign a name and liability release. In the event of non-compliance with any applicable requirement, or if a winner cannot be contacted or is deemed ineligible, the prize will be automatically forfeited.
