NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN: The Promotion is only open to qualified educational institutions that have a physical presence and operate within the states of Michigan, Wisconsin, Illinois or Georgia. Home schools are not eligible. Home schools are defined as a building that also serves as a private residence and or serves less than 50 students. Any institution that identifies as a preschool must be part of a public school district and/or must have accreditation from the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) to be eligible. Only Foundation Club Members are eligible to apply. The entry option to nominate yourself and your qualified educational institution is limited to Foundation Club Members who are currently employed in qualified educational institutions. Nominated Foundation Club Members, educators, administrators and school employees must be currently employed at an eligible education institution to be eligible. Confirmation of legitimate Foundation Club membership and proof of current employment at a qualified educational institutions at the time of entry and at the time the prize is awarded may be required. Only one entry per Foundation Club Member. Entries must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. EST on June 30, 2020. The Promotion is void where prohibited by law.

HOW TO ENTER: During the Promotion Period from April 1, 2020, through June 30, 2020, complete the official application form on The Meemic Foundation website or send your name, complete home address, phone number, email address and the name of the qualified educational institution nominated by you to the following address: The Meemic Foundation, ATTN: 21^st Century School Faculty Lounge Promotion, 1685 N. Opdyke Rd., Auburn Hills, MI 48326, and you will be entered. You do not need to be a Member of Meemic Insurance Company to enter. However, you must either reside in one of the above listed states or be actively employed at a qualified educational institution except residents of New York and Florida are not eligible to enter. All entries become the property of The Meemic Foundation and will not be returned or otherwise acknowledged. Limit one entry per person, regardless of method of entry. A purchase will not improve an individual’s chances of winning with such entry. Employees of The Meemic Foundation and Meemic Insurance Company, their affiliates, their sales agents, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to enter. All entries become the property of The Meemic Foundation and will not be returned or otherwise acknowledged. Not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, mutilated or illegible entries, or entries not received by the promotion deadline.

RANDOM DRAWING, ODDS OF WINNING AND NOTIFICATION: There will be 12 winners selected. Entries will be divided by state. Within each of these states, the winners will be randomly selected. A total of 3 winners per state will be selected in each of the following states: Georgia, Illinois, Michigan and Wisconsin. No more than one winner per school. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries.

During the eligibility verification process, the 12 winning finalists will be contacted by The Meemic Foundation by email and/or phone using the information in their Meemic Foundation Club member account profile or on entry cards mailed in. Finalists and their qualified educational institute administrative leader in conjunction with their nominated educational institution will be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, provide high-resolution photos and/or a video of Finalist’s School Faculty Lounge (if needed), and/or submit other documents, including, but not limited to, tax documents by Friday July 31, 2020, or their prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner randomly selected at the discretion of The Meemic Foundation. In the event of non-compliance with any applicable requirement, or if a winner cannot be contacted or is deemed ineligible, the prize will be automatically forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner randomly selected at the discretion of The Meemic Foundation.

All applicants will be notified of the status of their official application by email on Wednesday, August 5, 2020.

The random drawing will be for furniture, materials, and/or services available through Workspace Interiors by Office Depot valued at ten thousand dollars ($10,000) donated in the name of the winner directly to the qualified educational institution. This may include but is not limited to limited design services, furniture, and delivery to the winning qualified educational institution. The prize is donated in the name of the winner directly to the designated educational institution and shall be installed on a mutually agreed date between The Meemic Foundation and the designated educational institution no later than December 31, 2020. Approximate retail value: $10,000. Prize will be provided to each winner's school for this expressed purpose.

There will be 12 total prizes awarded. Each prize consists of furniture, materials, and/or services from Workspace Interiors by Office Depot valued at ten thousand dollars ($10,000) per winner.

PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES: Workspace Interiors by Office Depot furniture, materials, and/or services. Approximate Retail Value not to exceed $10,000.00.

Winners and the winning qualified educational institution may be required by The Meemic Foundation to participate in photo and/or video sessions. Winner agrees to make him/herself available for publicity purposes including, but not limited to, photo and/or video sessions and public appearances without charge. Winner will also obtain permissions, clearances and/or releases as may be required from the winning school to participate in such photo and/or video sessions.

PRIVACY NOTICE: Sponsor (The Meemic Foundation) collects personal data when you enter this Promotion. Entering the Promotion online, or by putting your entry form into the entry box, constitutes your permission for the Sponsor and its associated companies to maintain the data. This data is collected to maintain a record of those who have entered the Promotion, to ensure contact with potential winners and for marketing purposes in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy policy located at Meemic.com/Privacy.

GENERAL RULES AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: Winners may make no substitution or transfer of prizes. All federal, state and local taxes and other associated costs are the responsibility of each of the winning educational institutions. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission to the Sponsor and its agencies to use winners’ names and/or likenesses for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and Regulations. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion, to be in violation of the Terms of Use of the web sites, or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules. Sponsor may prosecute any fraudulent activities to the full extent of the law. Sponsor, its agents and employees assume no responsibility for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, damaged, postage due, or illegible entries; or for any computer, telephone, cable, satellite, network, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, garbled or jumbled transmissions, service provider/Internet/web site/use net accessibility or availability, traffic congestion or unauthorized human intervention. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed or like online entry methods will void all such entries affected by such methods. If, for any reason, the online portion of the Promotion is compromised by reason of tampering or technical failure, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, modify or suspend the online portion of the Promotion and select winners from all eligible mail-in and online entries received prior to and/or after (if any) the action taken by Sponsor. Sponsor further reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion for any reason, in its sole discretion, by notice posted at the participating entry locations.
