Adventure Insurance Agency is a family-owned and operated establishment with more than 30 years of insurance experience and was excited for the chance to join the Meemic family in 2016.
For well over 20 years, its agents have been safety training and teaching environmental ethics to children and adults alike for various outdoor recreational activities. They’re also here to assist and help the community; staff members serve on different PTOs, a community volunteer fire department and as board members of other local and statewide organizations.
Owned and operated by Randy Harden, Adventure Insurance Agency has a passion for helping educators secure the right insurance coverage while also helping them understand what opportunities exist with grants from The Meemic Foundation. With a clear understanding of the time constraints educators face, agents are more than happy to meet educators at their homes or schools. They carry the latest technology to help make understanding and securing insurance and grants as convenient as possible.
Adventure Insurance Agency was drawn by Meemic’s tradition of extraordinary service targeted toward the educational profession. They look forward to serving local educators and school districts for many years to come.
Randy became licensed as an insurance agent in 1985. Over the years, he has served his clients in several capacities. From working with insurance carriers to advising clients on their home, auto and personal lines, as well as working with small business owners, he still enjoys getting to know his customer members to present protection plans that meet their objectives. Randy has been instructing youth safety and environmental ethics classes with the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources for more than 20 years. Also working with the Wisconsin Bureau of Law Enforcement at DNR, Randy and his team developed training curriculum that serves hundreds of Trail Patrol Ambassadors across Wisconsin with nonprofit organization the NOHVIS Group.
Ryan has been a licensed insurance agent since 2002. He has been a safety instructor dating back to 1998, teaching hundreds of people how to safely ride ATVs and motorcycles, which remains an educational passion today. Graduating from LTC in Cleveland with two degrees in marketing, Ryan’s main focus with Meemic is to inform and educate schools and teachers as to how Meemic can further enhance their curriculum objectives while also providing instructors with competitive insurance products.
Adam became licensed in 2006. Serving the community has always been a mainstay of Adam’s personality, from becoming an ATV safety instructor like his other family members, then becoming a Coast Guard Auxiliary member during his high school years. Outside of his daily insurance duties, Adam is a volunteer firefighter in the Town of Sheboygan Fire Department, serving as a deputy chief. In his various roles, Adam has been involved with his fire department’s training workshops and schedules.
Kaitlyn came on board in 2016 with a background in the banking industry. Katie continues to expand her insurance knowledge and experiences, serving as a vital part of the Meemic team. As a mother and wife with a young family at home, she also recognizes the many challenges professional educators and school systems are faced with on a daily basis.
