Agency Principal

Charlie Gentner

Charlie Gentner was an Accounting and Computer Teacher at Bad Axe, Caro and Tuscola Intermediate School Districts. He retired after 31 consecutive years in education in 2003. He has worked for over 36 years with Meemic and has earned Master Agent status with the company. In addition to just enjoying life, Charlie loves to hunt deer, golf, snowmobile and spend time relaxing on the Lake. He has a Bachelor of Science degree from Ferris State University and a Master of Arts degree from Central Michigan University.

Staff

Dan Gentner

Dan Gentner is a licensed property and casualty and life insurance agent and office manager. He earned a Bachelor of Applied Arts degree from Central Michigan University and previously worked as a sports writer for the Bay City Times and Saginaw News. In his free time, Dan enjoys walleye and salmon fishing, deer hunting, ice fishing, playing basketball and watching sports, as well as enjoying many different outdoor activities.

Susan Atkerson

Susan Atkerson is a licensed property and casualty agent who has joined our agency. Susan is a graduate of Millington High School and the Tuscola Technology Center. She attended Delta College and Saginaw Valley State University with training in business and accounting. She is married to Brent, and they are the proud parents of Kevin, Carly and Lauren. In her spare time, Susan enjoys spending time with family and friends while sitting around a campfire. 
 

Tina Badger

Tina Badger is a licensed property and casualty agent/account specialist and comes to our agency with many years of customer service experience. She previously worked as an administrative assistant for nine years. She is a graduate of Wesleyan Academy of North Branch and studied business at Maranatha College in Wisconsin. She is engaged to Art, and they have four girls: Jessica, Chase, Samantha and Bailey. In her free time, she enjoys going to new places and sightseeing with Art on his Harley motorcycle.
