CEO & Founder

A graduate of Spring Arbor University, Rob studied business administration and exercise sports science. Upon graduation, Rob taught and organized special events for the students and staff at Starr Commonwealth Schools for troubled youth. 

Rob founded the Redman Agency in 1999 and loves partnering with our area schools, colleges and university to provide our teachers, professors and educational staff with fun treats and goodies as a way to say thank you for all that they do!

As president and Director of Office Operations at our Kalamazoo Office location, Jenn is the cornerstone of the Redman Agency. Jenn’s excellent customer service, insurance knowledge and office leadership make her the outstanding agent that she is.

A Western Michigan University alum, Jenn studied elementary education, knowledge that helps her relate to and meet the needs of our broad base of teachers and educational employees.

The Redman Agencies first customer service representative, Jenn has been serving our clients since 2002. A competitive runner, Jenn loves to run marathons and other long distance races.

Brad S. Young

Redman Agency vice-president Brad is “Mr. Do-Everything.” Brad has a variety of talents, from his friendly customer service to creative graphic design and computer skills. Brad is an important part of the Redman Agency’s success.

Brad joined the Redman Agency in 2005, upon graduating from Western Michigan University with a degree in marketing and business management.

In his spare time, Brad enjoys skiing, woodworking and rooting for the Broncos, Tigers, Pistons, Red Wings and (oh, yes) the Lions, too!

Battle Creek

Lisa R. Johnson

As Director of Office Operations at our Battle Creek Office location, Lisa is the heart and soul of the office. Her friendly voice, caring attitude and excellent customer service have made Lisa a favorite of our clients since 2001.

A native of Marshall, Lisa is a graduate of Marshall Public Schools and married to her high school sweetheart, Bruce. Together, they have a daughter, whom the family enjoys watching carry on the family tradition of demolition derbies!

Jonesville

Allison H. Gollnick

As Director of Office Operations, Allison has been a cornerstone of the Jonesville Office since 2014. An alumnus of Jonesville Schools, Allison enjoys being close to her Hillsdale County roots.

Allison takes great pride in ensuring an excellent experience with every interaction involving her office.  Clients appreciate the friendly demeanor and excellent customer service Allison provides.

Allison is an airplane and freighter enthusiast! In her free time, Allison loves attending airshows and watching freighters on the Great Lakes. She enjoys early morning kayaking in the summer, snowshoeing in the winter, and bird watching and spending time with her loved ones anytime.
