The Engels Insurance Agency has served the educational community for more than 35 years.  We are a three-generation family business with more than 30 years of teaching, administration and business experience. Our agency has developed a unique perspective on the insurance needs of the educational community. 

Founded in 1979 by Harry and JoAnn Engels in Cadillac, MI, our agency purchased the Ludington office in 2007. Over the years, through honest, caring and dependable service, both offices have grown in size and reputation. 

Our personal goal is to teach the educational community about the insurance we sell. We strive towards knowledgeable customers and put forth a philosophy of open and clear communication. We believe the most satisfied customers are the most informed.

Agency Principal

Robert and Anne Engels Robert and Anne joined the Engels Insurance Agency in 2008 and 2011 after graduating from Saginaw Valley State University. They are both licensed insurance agents with a deep interest in supporting the educational community and the communities of Cadillac, Ludington and Manistee. Robert and Anne were married in Ludington in 2013 and took over the insurance business from Harry and JoAnn Engels in January of 2014. They live in Cadillac, MI.

Staff

Jeb White Jeb White joined the Engels Agency in 2013, bringing 10 years of banking experience to the team. He is a licensed insurance agent and works in the Cadillac and Ludington offices. He lives in Cadillac, MI.

Beverly Hall Beverly Hall has been with the Engels Agency as a licensed insurance agent for more than 15 years. She works in the Cadillac office and lives in Cadillac, MI.

Theresa Jones Theresa Jones has been working with Meemic and the Engels Agency for more than 10 years. She is a licensed insurance agent and works in the Ludington office. Theresa lives in Freesoil, MI.
