Agency Principal

Erich Daum Erich is a lifelong resident of the Big Rapids area. He earned both his Master of Education and Bachelor of Science degrees from Ferris State University. He has been in the insurance industry since 1996 and with Meemic Insurance Company since 2001. He is currently licensed with the State of Michigan to sell property and casualty, plus life and health insurance. He has three children: Garrett, Kirk and Emma.

Staff

Kenetha Griffith Kenetha has been an integral part of the Daum Insurance Agency since 2011, relocating to the Big Rapids area from Gaylord, where she was a partner in a family-owned insurance agency for 30 years. Kenetha has held her State of Michigan property and casualty insurance license since 1980.

Emily Robison Emily started with the Daum Insurance Agency in June of 2021.  Emily was born and raised in Big Rapids. She spent almost 15 years owning retail stores in southern Florida and here in Big Rapids. In 2016, she decided to try her hand in insurance. Emily is a licensed agent in property and casualty and life. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her loved ones, hiking/working out, reading and volunteering at Ward Vegetables.
