NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN:  The Promotion is only open to qualified educational institutions that have a physical presence and operate within the states of Michigan, Wisconsin, Illinois or Georgia. Home schools are not eligible. Home schools are defined as a building that also serves as a private residence and or serves less than 50 students. Any institution that identifies as a preschool must be part of a public school district and/or must have accreditation from the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) to be eligible. Foundation Club Members who have completed registration for the Meemic Foundation Club; verified their email, password, and opt in/out preferences; and received their welcome email between Monday, Nov. 8, 2021, 12:00 a.m. ET - Friday, Dec. 31, 2021, 11:59 p.m. ET on MeemicFoundation.org or through a Foundation Advocate are eligible to win. You do not need to be a Member of Meemic Insurance Company to enter. Foundation Club Members, educators, administrators and school employees must be currently employed at an eligible education institution to be eligible. Only one entry per Foundation Club Member. Entries must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. EST on December 31, 2021. The Promotion is void where prohibited by law.
 
HOW TO ENTER:  During the Promotion Period from Nov 8, 2021, 12:00 a.m. ET - Friday, Dec. 31, 2021, 11:59 p.m. ET, complete registration for the Meemic Foundation Club (must have verified your email, password, and opt in/out preferences; and must have received your welcome email) on The Meemic Foundation website or through a Foundation advocate. You can, alternatively, send your name, complete home address, phone number, email address and the name of the qualified educational institution nominated by you to the following address: The Meemic Foundation, ATTN: 100,000th Club Member Sweepstakes, 1685 N. Opdyke Rd., Auburn Hills, MI 48326, and you will be entered. You do not need to be a Member of Meemic Insurance Company to enter. However, you must either reside in one of the above listed states or be actively employed at a qualified educational institution, except residents of New York and Florida are not eligible to enter. All entries become the property of The Meemic Foundation and will not be returned or otherwise acknowledged. Limit one entry per person, regardless of method of entry. A purchase will not improve an individual’s chances of winning with such entry. Employees of The Meemic Foundation and Meemic Insurance Company, their affiliates, their sales agents, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to enter. All entries become the property of The Meemic Foundation and will not be returned or otherwise acknowledged. Not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, mutilated or illegible entries, or entries not received by the promotion deadline.
 
RANDOM DRAWING, ODDS OF WINNING AND NOTIFICATION: One (1) winner will be selected by random drawing on January 10, 2022. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winner will be announced via Facebook.com/Meemic on January 12, 2022.
 
Winner will be notified via email or phone call within three (3) business days from the drawing date. The prize will be automatically forfeited if the winner does not confirm that he or she has won within thirty days after being notified via email or phone call. Winner will be required to sign a name and liability release. Winner will also be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility, representation and warranty and acknowledgement of taxation/value of prize form. In the event of non-compliance with any applicable requirement, or if a winner cannot be contacted or is deemed ineligible, the prize will be automatically forfeited by the winner and a new winner will be selected by random drawing.
 
PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES: One (1) prize consisting of a check for $1,000 will be issued to the winner’s school for the purpose of purchasing classroom materials and additional school resources to enhance classroom learning.
 
PRIVACY NOTICE:  Sponsor (The Meemic Foundation) collects personal data when you enter this Promotion. Entering the Promotion online, or by putting your entry form into the entry box, constitutes your permission for the Sponsor and its associated companies to maintain the data.
